The Royal International Air Tattoo is the largest public gathering of military aircraft in the UK and the static parks also include a number of historic and civilian types. The show ground encompasses a broad spectrum of military hardware from our very own Royal Air Force, Royal Navy and Army Air Corps as well as those of our allies from Europe and beyond. 2007 once again saw an amazing mix of aircraft including the CT-142 navigation trainer from Canada, a rare pair of R-99 AWACS and C-130H from Brazil, an amazing special marked C-130 from Greece, a first public outing for a 11(F) Squadron Typhoon and of course the Indian Sukhoi Su-30s and Il-78 tanker.  Also, over the course of the six days of the operational RIAT showground, there are a number of visitors and support aircraft.
