Shoreham Airshow 2008 - PREVIEW
 30th-31st August 2008

What?

The airfield at Shoreham is the UK's oldest licensed airport and sports a wonderful art deco terminal which has been used as a backdrop in the film, the Da Vinci Code.

There's been an airshow at Shoreham for a fair while now, and has now established itself as one of the premier high quality family airshows in the country. The show itself is loved by the public and pilots alike thanks to superb organisation and the welcoming atmosphere. The highly picturesque venue, dominated by Lancing College provides excellent photographic opportunities for enthusiasts too.

The Air display now has become one of the larger ones on the circuit lasting for around six hours. It's also perhaps one of the most varied too. On the ground, Shoreham boasts a large trade and fun fair as well as arena displays.
