RAF Cosford Air Show 2010 - 13th June - Preview

The Cosford Air Show is the first of the RAF's annual airshows. Cosford airfield is actually fairly small and has retained the character of an old RAF base. Today it's home to the Defence College of Aeronautical Engineering as well as a branch of the RAF Museum. As such the site is full of former RAF equipment for trading the ground trades of the armed forces as well as the collection from the RAF Museum.

Unlike the other RAF shows, Cosford retains a family show atmosphere rather more akin to some of the civilian shows around the country.
