Folkestone Jubilee Airshow, The Leas, Folkestone - 2nd June - Preview
2012 sees the return of the much loved airshow at Folkestone to celebrate the Queen's Jubilee. This show was formally known as the Shepway Airshow during the 1990's. The 2012 show will hopefully form the basis for bigger airshows in the future. We have been advised by the organisers that the main show will be situated on a newly developed beachfront area in front of the Leas. Since the show was last held in 2003 the trees have grown significantly that may block the view from the cliff tops of the Leas.
