A spectacular line-up of thrilling air displays has been confirmed for the two days by the event’s organisers North Somerset Council.

Air displays are due to begin at 11.30am on the Saturday and will continue throughout the day until around 5.30pm, with the Red Arrows due to perform at 4.15pm.

On Sunday displays will get under way at 11.45am, with the Red Arrows performing again at 3pm and the Vulcan closing the festival at 5.10pm.

“This will be the last time this iconic aircraft will be seen in Weston-super-Mare,” said Cllr Felicity Baker, North Somerset Council’s executive member for tourism. “As a fitting and emotional farewell, two Hawker Hunter Classic Jet Fighters will be flying in formation with the Vulcan.”
